End User License Agreement (EULA)
for the browser extension UpComment
- General Provisions
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal document between you (“User”) and OneUp (“Developer”) governing the use of the browser extension UpComment (“Extension”).
By installing or using the Extension, you confirm your agreement to the terms of this Agreement.
- License Grant
The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Extension solely for personal purposes.
The User is not granted any rights to the source code of the Extension.
- Restrictions
The User is prohibited from:
decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or attempting to obtain the source code of the Extension;
distributing, renting, leasing, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise making the Extension available to third parties;
using the Extension in violation of applicable laws.
- Ownership
All rights to the Extension, including but not limited to its source code, design, text, graphics, and other elements, are owned by OneUp.
The Extension is licensed, not sold.
- Updates
The Developer may release updates or modifications to the Extension. Such updates are governed by this Agreement unless otherwise specified in separate terms.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided “AS IS”, without any warranties, express or implied. OneUp does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Extension.
- Limitation of Liability
OneUp shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or interruptions in operation, arising from the use of or inability to use the Extension.
- Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The User’s rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate upon violation of its terms. In such case, the User must delete the Extension.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
