NOTICE: This is proprietary software. This license governs your use of the
VoicePresso browser extension and associated documentation (the "Software").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with these terms, VoicePresso grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software through official distribution channels only
(Firefox Add-ons, Chrome Web Store, https://voicepresso.com)
- Use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:
a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
b) Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source
code of the Software, except as permitted by applicable law
c) Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software
d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
e) Use the Software to develop a competing product or service
f) Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws
g) Circumvent any technological measures designed to protect the Software

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software, including all copies, modifications, and derivative works, is the
exclusive property of VoicePresso and is protected by copyright, trade secret,
and other intellectual property laws.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

This Software may include open-source components subject to their respective
licenses. See THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt for details.

5. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy at:
https://voicepresso.com/privacy

By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that:
- An account is required to use the Software (all tiers)
- Your Gemini API key is stored encrypted on our servers
- Prompts and projects are stored LOCALLY in your browser, not on our servers
- You are responsible for exporting and backing up your local data
- You are solely responsible for all Gemini API charges from Google
- VoicePresso is not liable for any API costs or loss of local data
- Audio files are processed in memory and never stored

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICEPRESSO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICEPRESSO'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL
NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE MONTH (1 MONTH)
PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. VoicePresso may terminate this
license immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination:
- You must cease all use of the Software
- You must destroy all copies in your possession
- Sections 3, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination

9. UPDATES

VoicePresso may provide updates, patches, or new versions. Such updates are
subject to this license unless accompanied by a separate agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This license shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat: Bengaluru, India.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and VoicePresso
regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
