Started using this to block every garbage YouTuber being recommended by YouTube.

It works, is definitely needed. Hope the developer keeps this updated and not give up on it.

This extension [Channel Blocker] is wonderful. This extension solves YouTube malfunction that "User cannot block channels". Moreover, this extension can import and export a setting file. With that, user can delete channels (that already blocked) easily.

One of the most essential addons for making youtube tolerable. It broke with youtube's latest layout update, but hopefully this addon can be fixed for the new ui changes.

Works fine in the long run, but now suddenly stop out of nowhere. Is there a reason to this? Like a limit of channels blocked? Still works to block channels you have no interest in, but kinda stopped blocking others after a long while.....

It randomly stops working. I had to reinstall the extension to fix this. Also it grants you very little assurance the video/channel you blocked won't appear again in the form of a reupload or in a clickbait nature.

If you could add the option to black list words maybe this problem would be fixable. For example I keep asking Youtube to NOT show me 'deep house ibiza mixes', I've classified it as non interesting to me, but Youtube doesn't seem to learn I don't care. I use your extension and for a while I don't see those type of videos (because I've manually removed them). Three or four days later there they are again uploaded through other channels. It's useless to use your extension if this hole is present. I imagine this can't be easy to fix but I hope you find a way to manage this issue.

OMG. Why didn't I find this addon sooner? I absolutely HATE, HATE those stupid fake movie trailers that keep showing up. It is always the same people, so the ability to block a Channel is AMAZING!!! Now I never need to see "SirMarvel" or any of those other hacks again, so automatic 5 stars. Definitely use this in conjunction with "YouTube Watchmarker", because people should not be getting multiple views unless intentional.

It works, perfectly. Just what i wanted, you just enter the channel you wanna' block, and that's it, it's blocked until you wanna' unblocked it.
