    The plugin works fine overall except it randomly opens a new tab every time it updates, begging for donations. I get it, stuff costs money to make. This is a really annoying way to ask for donations though and cheapens the experience. Other ad block plugins dont do this.

    used this for a long old while, at the very least a decade, but now, not only with it being ineffective on youtube but also in general, there may be better alternatives out there like Ublock origin
    Edit: had to change from 4/5 to 2/5 stars for the pro-corpo anti-consumer 7 day only whitelists / ignore lists.
    Change to uBlock Origin, it is better in EVERY WAY possible. This is unacceptable.

    Im using this addon for long time already and it worked mostly, but since a while YT can access my FF addon settings and disables this addon automatically after YT is recognizing that Adblock Plus is installed and active, so it doesn't take effect anymore-> no block functionality anymore, biggest question is, how can YT access settings on FF and change them, and also, which other settings can be accessed from outside to FF?

When we detect YouTube's notification, we will automatically pause Adblock Plus so you can continue watching without disruption. The pause is temporary so if you leave YouTube and return later, it will remain unpaused until the warning is detected again. We believe YouTube will only attempt to show you the wall for a day or two and then we can go back to blocking ads as normal.

    I have used it for many years and it is great, but I don't know why it was forced to shut down by Youtube recently.

    AdBlock PLus 4.19 is double loading webpages. Why? This is a "new" feature that is not necessary. What happened to this formerly awesome app?

    Adblock Plus no longer blocks ads on Youbube. Other browsers and ad blockers do however.

    Since last update, app is consistently blocking 0 items on all websites. It's essentially useless now and I will be searching for a new and true ad blocker.

    super programm. funzt. abba leider nicht unter youtube "mehr". die haben ne möglichkeit gefunden, den blocker , im firefox zu daktivieren. immer und immer wida. leider deswegen einen stern abzug.

    Hello everyone. Recently, YouTube has been accessing the Adblock Plus plugin management without my permission, it disables Adblock Plus on the YouTube page and reloads the YouTube page. Is there any way to fix this? I like doing things myself. So I know what I'm doing and why. But if someone from outside does it for me, I don't understand anything.

    Привет всем. youtube в последнее время без моего разрешеничя имеет доступ к управлению плагином adblock-plus, отключает adblock-plus на сранице youtube и перезагружает страницу youtube. можно как то это паравить? я люблю сам что-то делать . так я знаю, что я делаю и для чего.
