Mozilla has released an official update to deal with this issue https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2019/05/04/update-regarding-add-ons-in-firefox/. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, could you please send us some example URLs where you see ads? A screenshot of your filter lists is also helpful. We look forward to your follow up!
