AdBlock does pretty much what it says, however, free solutions like AdBlock Ultimate does all that AdGuard DNS does as well. System level blocking is certainly attractive, but that can be accomplished by simply inputting the DNS data into the network connection. I was interested primarily for the stealth benefits as I have a pesky web service which makes me wait 3 seconds between page refreshes if I don't disable my adblocker. I don't even care that it was mistakenly blocking Google Meet, because the first thing I checked was whether it was the adblocker. The problem is that it claims to not be blocking when it does!! How do you get that wrong!? Detecting ads is hard. Telling the truth is easy! Get it right.

Drawbacks:
The app can be really confusing to use and it blocked all my websites so I had to remove it
