I am a paid user and was having no issues using this tool until it suddenly started telling me that 1080p videos are only available to Pro users...which I AM. I truly hope this is a bug of some kind because I am not paying again for this.

Just wish you could disable the popup window that notifies the download is complete, there's already the built in status widget on the page and Firefox's own download manager popping up at the top. And if we could edit the download options to e.g. remove all the MP4 options so the drop down is shorter would be nice too.
