Love this app. Easy to use and very convenient. 5 stars

While Hoxx worked it was just great and easy to use; I used it to watch BBC iplayer.
However, for the last four weeks or so this hasn't been possible, the BBC can detect the vpn.
I removed any cookies before logging in and I've tried re-installing Hoxx, but all to no avail :(
But thanks anyway for the short time that it did work.

VPN does not work

The privacy policy is absolutely horrendous and hoxx collects so much information about you so you will probably have much less privacy after installing this plugin.

Also, hoxx consider the Turkish regime and their attempts to censor the internet to be legitimate and comply with such censoring, So when the shits hit the fan and you really needed protection of free speech , don't count on hoxx to do the right thing!

not working with new firefox 57/57.0.1 (Quantum) - not working at all! there are only error-messages coming up. Even with a brandnew ff-profile (= nothing changed, the only addon = hoxx!):

But: addon windscribe-vpn IS working with ff57! so, it could be supposed, that reasons are not on firefox' side! but on hoxx'

they advertise: no configuration, which makes you think it's a install and go vpn.
first thing they do: ask you to create an account.
if what you want is just to access blocked websites, just change your DNS to google's public dns (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) and you can access blocked sites and all your browsers will automatically be able to acess blocked sites. no need to creat an account or using an extension monitoring what you do.

Leider zu früh gefreut. Nach 5 Minunten Film war dann dann auch vorbei mit "Gratis". Vermutlich reines Emailsammeltool, die Beschränkung ist jedenfalls nicht klar und deutlich aufgeführt - respektive erst nachdem man die Email bereits gegeben hat. Achtung also!
