One tricky thing is that iCloud password doesn't distinguish same URLs with different ports (e.g. http://xyz:8080 and http://xyz:8081 can't exist at the same time). Will that be a problem for this addon as well?

δημοσιεύτηκε στις 2 χρόνια πρινThanks! Right now, it's the same as iCloud Passwords on Safari/Chrome. It's definitely possible to make this behavior customizable, even though it's not a priority. I'll keep that in mind, but feel free to open an issue on https://github.com/aurelien-garnier/icloud-passwords-firefox if you wish to receive updates. - Βαθμολογία 4 από 5από Roman F, 2 χρόνια πρινI've been waiting for a plugin like this that just works. The only thing missing is the auto-fill of one-time codes. Please add the feature. It's very simple and very core feature: github.com/aurelien-garnier/icloud-passwords-firefox/issues/8

Update 18.11.2024
Still no One-Time Code supportΑπάντηση προγραμματιστή
δημοσιεύτηκε στις 2 χρόνια πρινThanks for the support! One-Time-Code support is indeed a planned feature. There are currently a few higher priority ones though, and it's not as easy as it may seem, so I can't guarantee a timeline for it. But rest assured that I'm actively working on improving this extension and will do my best to ship this feature as soon as possible. - Βαθμολογία 5 από 5από kjd, 2 χρόνια πρινGiving this 5 stars since it's so sorely needed and does indeed work. Only used it lightly, but the main thing missing is automatically prompting to autofill passwords when clicking on a username or password field.

iCloud Passwords is designed to run on Windows 10 or later. Please upgrade to be able to use this extension.
Retry" wether I'm on Windows 10 or 11... idk if it's because i'm using Waterfox and not Firefox...Απάντηση προγραμματιστή

If you still want to try it, please try to follow these instructions: https://github.com/aurelien-garnier/icloud-passwords-firefox/issues/25#issuecomment-1841591736 - Βαθμολογία 4 από 5από Χρήστης Firefox 13517883, 2 χρόνια πρινI'm glad someone is working on this important feature that is missing in Firefox. I will give 5 stars when it'll be possible to automatically add a password when signing in to a new site.

δημοσιεύτηκε στις 2 χρόνια πρινHi, sorry for your bad experience. Please make sure you are running macOS® Sonoma, as this extension is only compatible with this version. Fore more details on how to use the extension, see https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250007756- Βαθμολογία 5 από 5από Jack Hannon, 2 χρόνια πρινExcited to see this ported to firefox, obviously it's still missing a few things, but def encouraging to see it working.
Edit: Hey Apple, I don't want to keep plugging in my 2FA, just let me use touch id to auth.Απάντηση προγραμματιστή

This extension is obviously very new, so I already have a list of quite a few improvements to work on, but I'd be happy to consider other use cases!
