It is good, but last update 4 years ago???? Chrome's version was last updated yesterday (13 may 2025)
Is Firefox a joke to you? We want new updates too
I'll reconsider my review if this extension gets an update

I'm giving this 1-star rating because the developer hasn't done anything about this extension for 5 years. It's an absolute disgrace that Firefox users are being neglected like this. There is a very modern version of this extension in the Chrome Webstore. Finally, I would like to say that a 1-star rating is still too much and zero stars would be more appropriate. Many Firefox users share my anger because many developers pamper the Google Chrome browser so much. I'm beginning to suspect that developers are getting money from Google if they prioritize the Google Chrome browser so strongly and leave the Firefox browser out.

Unlike other similar add-ons, it detects all images quickly and you can even open them in a new tab independently [which I recommend more than using the download button]. I find it useful for downloading "hidden" images that I can only open using the site code "inspector". Thank you! :)

Didn't rok with Onlyfans

found 3 images on instagram page that I loaded up 300 lol doesn't download all, and cannot download video, has potential to be better than paid services if it could download an entire page loaded up with all videos and images.

Doesn't find all images on the page, particularly the ones I can't just right-click-save which makes it useless to me.

I tried clicking the 'search in all frames' option and the desired images still didn't show up. These are the same images that displayed with similar plugins when using Chrome so it's defintely a plugin thing.

Video DownloadHelperが画像のダウンロード機能をフォローしなくなったんで、代替アドオンとして使い始めたけど、とりあえず不具合もなく画像がダウンロードできるんで、とりあえず☆５。
とはいえ、VDHにあったダウンロードした画像ファイル群を任意のフォルダにまとめて保存する機能や、リネームして保存する機能がないのはちょっと残念なんで、☆一つ減点で☆４。

次のアップデートでそれらの機能が付け足されることを望みます。

Video DownloadHelper no longer follows the image download function, so I started using it as an alternative add-on, but for the time being, I can download images without any problems, so for the time being, ☆ 5.
However, it's a little disappointing that there is no function to save the downloaded image files in VDH in any folder or to rename and save them, so ☆ 1 point deduction ☆ 4.

Hopefully, the next update will add those features.

I'm on a facebook page with hundreds of photos and this extension says it only found 1 image. lol What a joke.
