I switched to kagi as my primary search engine a few weeks ago, and the kagi addon for Firefox has worked perfectly.

Mostly perfect. My issue is that every once and a while when I type my search criteria in the address bar and hit enter I get the results in the current tab but another tab opens with an empty search and becomes focused so I have to close it to get back to my results.

I've been a Kagi user since the beta, and took a paid subscription as soon as it was available. Getting rid of SEO optimized clickbait and ads with the customizable search results is a great package.

23 years ago I promoted G**gle Search. I'm sorry for that.
Kagi is smart and extremely fast. Let's hope it will beat G.

The newly added capability to summarize, directly from the add-on, is incredibly helpful and extremely useful. Furthermore, it permits us to provide our own API key if necessary, enabling us to employ superior models than the default one if necessary.
