I needed a tool to keep notes for websites (per domain) not url specific, although the extension can do both.

And its even better that it has sync!

There is one wish - to make it possible to choose the type of a note from three: "global note" - "note for domain" - "note for URL".
Some bug:
Switching from "Site" to "Global" mode on the note field don't opperate ... (from "Global" to "Site" mode works good).
It becomes operate when I open note in a new tab.

It does exactly as the title claims. So far works perfectly, more customization would be appreciated but it is simple and tidy and that's okay.
