- Disabled the extra hovering effects due to unfortunate performance issues. (Or something along that; turned this off for a while & seems to be running way better) I should aplogize for this issue, as I should've tested it more. Future updates will not miss out on any proper testing; pinky promise!

This update shouldn't have taken so long, but I've working on other stuff recently!!
* Renamed the 2012 theme to 2013 & 2011 to 2012 because of this image (that's new to me).
* Change of placement for the Change year of Player settings option.
* Fixed the "TrustedTypes" issue with the resize script.
* Added Project V3 support, somewhat. Only the 2013 & 2012 theme & custom themes are supported. As of currently. There is no manual configuration needed for this extension.
* Added #28 -- "[ Feature Request ] add a toggle for the custom loading icon" under Toggle the loading spinner [...].
* (Added in 1.8.0.1) Fixed #31 -- "[ Bug ] When in theater mode theres a slight black bar under the player"
* A lot of CSS improvements.

This update took too long to make... But I can say that this extension is now 90% stable & finished.
* Fix #20 -- "narrow video is stretched (zoomed) to fit".
* Fix #24 -- "[ Bug ] Embed Fixes & Resize Issues | [ 3rd-party ] YouTube Redux messes with PlayerTube".
* Volume icon now changes when the user set the volume below 75% & 25% using current volume detection.
* Added "no-left-button" & "no-right-button" detection for themes that need it (like 2006).
* Remade the Watch Later button used in 2012 & 2011 due to issues.
* Allow "Alternate Theme" to be used when "Custom Themes" are enabled, allowing users to use the alternate buttons from that alternate theme.
* Fix the clip icon by the time display for clips on the 2006 theme (using this clip lol).
* Fix past update logs.
* Fixed multiple other small details CSS-wide.
* Update GitHub issue templates.

somewhat a big minor update lol
* Fixed an issue with 2010 theme, where a Progress Bar with chapters would enlarge the chapter & fixed some of it's Custom Theme code.
* Add user request -- #9 - "Progress Bar keeps fading out with 'Fully extend the Progress Bar' enabled"
* FINALLY fixed #6 - "Progress Bar not moving when video is playing" by getting raw video stats
* Also there's some cool console log styling :O
