Privacy Policy for Review Radar for Amazon

Summary: This extension sends review data to our server for AI-powered analysis. We analyze publicly visible Amazon review content to help you identify potentially fake reviews. We do not track your browsing activity or Amazon account.

Data sent to our server: Review text, reviewer names, star ratings, review dates, verified purchase status, helpful votes, product ASIN, and product name. All of this is publicly visible on Amazon - we only read what's already on the page.

Data stored locally: Your settings/preferences, licence key (if Pro), and usage count for quota tracking. Stored using the browser's storage API.

Data processing: Review text is processed for analysis and discarded. We store anonymised metadata (hashed reviewer IDs, product codes, dates, scores) to detect fake review campaigns. We do not store review text or personally identifiable information.

We do not track your browsing history, Amazon account, or purchase activity. We do not share data with third parties for advertising or serve advertisements.

Purchases: If you purchase a Pro licence, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and confirmation of payment; we never receive your credit card details.
