I struggled so long with digital addiction, doom scrolling for hours, wasting my life. I tried a lot of different apps and ways to control my issues, but none of them stuck for long. This app is the first one that I have kept and has truly helped me break by bad habits. I have recommended it to friends and family struggling with the same modern age drug that is digital media, and I will recommend it to anyone reading this as well!

Helpful for productivity to a degree but has no mode where it is physically impossible to edit your settings like the nuclear option in StayFocusd

It seems to work alright for blocking things, but it constantly asks on Youtube specifically on the variable sessions limit. No matter what I click it will just keep popping up, over and over again. The only solution is to disable it which doesn't have a custom time amount for some reason. I just want to watch my videos and it keeps pestering me.

This is really helpful for interrupting my doom-scrolling and making me go outside in the sun. The usage limits don't sync between the apps and the browser extension, which makes it a little harder to have a full overview of what I've limited and blocked. Also, the new tab feature is laggy and annoying. Great other than that, though.
