Two points for this extension seems harsher. Well, we, users, couldn't edit the color for the display of QR code. Black and white should be very clear and readable for the QR world. Monitors or system of colours display could have different profiles. Developer, thanks for created this app, it could be much better with few good tools.

Was simple and great, but the new version 3 requires extra permissions (clipboard and downloads/history) that I'm not prepared to grant.

Clearly those permissions are necessary for the new features and that's fair enough, but it's no longer what I'm looking for.

"Offline QR Code Generator" by rugk does the same thing without requiring permission to access all browser tabs. Don't know why this add-on needs it when obviously it only needs the current tab URL to make a QR code.
