posted 9 hours agoPlease accept my sincerest apologies for the terrible experience you’ve had with the latest version. I've already rolled back to the previous version 2.4.2. - Rated 1 out of 5by Hollywood76, 2 days agoSince the latest version of this add-on it is totally unuseable in Firefox 149.0.2. Am close to uninstall this addon once and for all. It has become worse and slow with every new update. Activating this add-on and watching IG stories, reels or pictures fills within minutes the whole memory (RAM) of my PC. 32GB installed and a useage of 99% totally slowing down the whole machine. Deactivating this addon and using the one that names also "Instagram Downloader" - everything is fine and works perfectly.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Cyberdyne, 4 months agoOn my mission to find an extension for every social media website I use so I can retire having the app installed onto my phone, this was the closest I got to making Instagram more usable via Firefox for Android. It gets you pretty close, but there is an issue with the website that's perhaps outside the scope of this extension — remember the position you scroll to when going back from an image on a profile. Otherwise though it does exactly as it says, and overall simplifies your ability to consume content.

- Rated 4 out of 5by cybernettr, 5 months agoThe best IG downloader in my experience, but the latest update introduced an annoying bug. On an Instagram page, when you’re on someone’s feed, you see their grid of images. When you click on one of the images and click the right arrow next to that image to page to the next image, with the extension loaded, it sometimes skips one or more of the images without you knowing it. So I have to click out of each image and click on the next image in the feed manually to make sure it is not skipping anything, a much more tedious, time-consuming process. I disabled all other extensions to make sure it was not caused by a conflict. Firefox 144.0.2 (64-bit) Mac
