by Firefox user 15548549, 2 years agoit worked to an extent... i used it for character.ai and it didn't actually block the chat after the time unless i reloaded the page which i wasnt generally doing. it DID work when i was MAKING a character and destroyed all my work. so check the time if youre doing something like that because it will not stop to warn you about your unsaved work, it will completely bypass that. definitely my fault, but something i never even considered until it was too late

Really love the option to close the tab of a blocked site before it can even load, that has definitely stopped me in my tracks from doomscrolling many times. - Rated 5 out of 5by b12o, 17 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by anonymoususer, 20 days agoPrevents me from doomscrolling social media. Probably more annoying than you think, but specifically in a way that fits its purpose. A minor inconvenience and a beautiful guardian angel. Five stars.
- Rated 5 out of 5by G. O'Neill, 20 days agoInfuriatingly excellent. I set a password for the settings, put the password on a thumb drive, and hid it, and I've never been able to cheat my restrictions. Leechblock has helped me get my life back in so many ways. I have a love/hate relationship with it because it's been so helpful for me, but I still find I want my sites!! Ah!! Love it so much. Five stars.

- Rated 5 out of 5by amber V, a month agoAn absolutely vital tool for the modern human. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that my life would be significantly worse in all regards without these features. This made combating my addictions tractable. Thank you.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Someone, a month agoBrilliant addon just wish there was an option to block settings (at least for a bit) but besides that its pretty complete, having minimal times makes you think about every time you want to allow access to an app, it becomes a decision not a habit so you actually have to think about how you spend your time.

posted a month agoThanks for the review. There are options to block settings. Look under "Access Control" in the General Options and also under "Advanced Options" for individual block sets.
