    After installing this extension, there's no sign of a button to add to GiftList when I go to Customize Toolbar.

    Hi Brian - I just checked and everything seems to be working correctly. Try reinstalling the extension and make sure you check the "Allow this extension to run in Private Windows" button. Let us know if you are still having any issues.
