使用方法：
  1. 在你的 Trello 看板中建立一個名為 Stand-up Members 的列表
  2. 於該列表中，以每個成員為名各開一張卡片，並且將該成員加入相對應的卡片。
  3. 確定該列表的排列順序就是你跑 Daily Scrum 的順序
  4. 重新整理網頁，在看板的成員列表旁應該有個「Stand up!」鈕跑出來了
  5. 按下去！這樣就會顯示第一位成員的相關卡片，並且在按鈕上也提示你下一個是哪位
