by Firefox user 12396291, 8 years agoThe extension is possibly one of the more easier to use extensions out there when it comes to downloading videos from the 'net. The advantage here is that you can download a video that is currently playing without needing to follow the instructions from most sites requiring you to sign in or be a member in order to download the video to your hard drive. Once the icon becomes animated, you know you're good to go. You need to install a side application in order for this to work effectively

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15500525, 4 hours agoThe creator of this extension is a very hard-working and dedicated person; he's kept it up for a long time despite YouTube constantly seeking ways of disabling it. Easy to use and generally reliable, though sometimes YouTube does catch up--briefly, never for long. I use it in conjunction with a standalone app that does some of what this doesn't, but the reverse is also true. Highly recommended.

I decided to to re install the down loader and go pro... so I donated a very expensive cup of coffee... 30$ in US funds that's like 10,000,000 Canadian any way even after donating... I did not receive a receipt... So I emailed and emailed still not too helpful the suggestions that came back were tried but all i was able to see was MP4 down loads all across the page... finally Nov. 16 2025 for what ever reason - I went back to the down loader in YouTube and there it was MP3 in two qualities... 128 and 256 Wow.. AND IT WAS WORKING.. so I finally was a happy person... I emailed back and thanked them but, I wish that they were a little more personable... thanks anyways... Joe
