by Firefox user 14759496, 7 years agoWhen it works, its pretty nice and smooth. Unfortunately, the 'pro' functions that you have to 'donate' for just randomly stopped working after a month of three. There is no way to reactivate this again on my end, the support mail has only given me an automated response, while promising an actual response after 24 hours. 5 days later, I have yet to hear back from them.
Feels like I've been swindled at this point.
Edit: Support mail did *eventually* provide a real answer with a working answer&solution. So I'll change my angry 1 star to a 4 star.

I decided to to re install the down loader and go pro... so I donated a very expensive cup of coffee... 30$ in US funds that's like 10,000,000 Canadian any way even after donating... I did not receive a receipt... So I emailed and emailed still not too helpful the suggestions that came back were tried but all i was able to see was MP4 down loads all across the page... finally Nov. 16 2025 for what ever reason - I went back to the down loader in YouTube and there it was MP3 in two qualities... 128 and 256 Wow.. AND IT WAS WORKING.. so I finally was a happy person... I emailed back and thanked them but, I wish that they were a little more personable... thanks anyways... Joe
