Goodly Dot PDF by Savevur

Adds PDF legend icon beyond link to PDF file for quick visual differentiation of links.

There can be two link types and therefore two icons:
● Direct link has a red icon. (Link ends with dot pdf).
● Link-hint has a pink icon. (Link with dot pdf and with additional parameters).
