Marshmallow will help give you a moment of pause as you jump from link to link in the feed, so that you can observe your own mind, sit with your desire, and — over time — learn to gently let it go and redirect your attention to the things you truly want.

Over time, you'll build exactly this skill of watching desires come and go in your own mind without necessarily having to act on them right away. Monks call it "surfing the urge" — but we like to think of it as that extra moment you train yourself to wait before diving into a bowl of fluffy marshmallows!
