Example: "Your connection speed actually increased while being connected to our VPN (1Mbps increase in download)" Well I cant really send you a screenshot of the speedtest when the connection doesn't work at all. And it was also connected to Estonia when I had selected Finland in the extension... - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13828616, 7 years ago

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13733417, 7 years agoGood when it works. Connects automatically when a browser is launched however randomly loses connection and firefox becomes totally useless. You won't notice until the page takes a minute to load and then as I found out eventually, you need to restart the browser which is unacceptable. This does not happen with the Chrome extension. Use the desktop app if possible and all network traffic will go through the VPN.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13724065, 7 years agoIt was better after the update, but ever since a few days ago it just just gets stuck loading when I click auto-connect or Choose Location. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13722521, 7 years agoThe idea for the addon is great but its implementation is flawed since it suffers some major problems, namely:
1) too often it loses connection and when it does it doesn't signal it. It just stops all connection and the only possibility for you is to restart firefox.
2) It stores login credentials in a cookie. This is really bad behavior since if you start firefox always in private mode you have to insert them every time from scratch. Quite annoying. Considering that starting in private mode is probably quite common for those concerned about privacy, who are also those interested in VPNs, then it doesn't look a good design for a VPN addon. It would be better to store login credential either in firefox password manager or inside a preference section in the NordVPN window from the about:addons page
3) About this I am no sure but it seems to me that when the addon is launched then it disables looking in /etc/hosts for name resolution. If this is the case, then to me this is bad behavior since I use a customized hosts file for adblocking (which is faster than CyberSec).
Please fix all the above if possible. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13719385, 7 years agoGood when it works but frequently loses connection and renders Firefox useless until you restart the browser
