This plugin allows you to easily navigate between Baseball-Reference, Baseball Savant, and Fangraphs.

If you're on Mike Trout's Fangraphs page, and want to navigate to his Baseball-Reference page, all you have to do is click the extension, and click "To Fangraphs" and the extension does the rest!

If you're not on one of these three websites, you can use the extension to navigate to the website's homepage.
