Totally configurabe!

Runns every X Minutes or with dynamic timing (more tabs = shorter intervals)
In every run it can
* close the oldest tab
* close all idle "New Tabs"
* discard some tabs to free system resources

Please let me now what should be added, or simply do it yourself. File an issue or a pullrequest on github, you are very welcome to do so!
