Version 13.0.12
Released May 17, 2026 - 5.36 MBWorks with firefox 109.0a1 and laterQuick follow-up to last version's outline rail. On sites that change the URL without a full page reload (think Twitter, GitHub, most modern web apps), the rail could linger after you'd navigated to a page with no highlights.
It now resets on every URL change and only re-appears when the new page actually has something to outline.Source code released under All Rights Reserved
Version 13.0.11
Released May 17, 2026 - 5.36 MBWorks with firefox 109.0a1 and laterEvery page with highlights now shows a thin outline rail on the edge of the viewport — one colored dot per highlight, placed proportionally to where it sits on the page. Hover a dot to preview the highlighted text, note, and tags; click to scroll straight to it. Tightly packed highlights collapse into a cluster dot that expands on hover so you can pick the one you want.
Don't want it? Hit the × on the rail or turn it off in Settings → Customize. Works on regular webpages, PDFs, and the YouTube reader. Full walkthrough: the outline rail in the docs.
This release also bundles a handful of long-asked quality-of-life fixes:- Edit a bookmark's URL. Hover the favicon in bookmark details, click the pencil, and update the URL. Every highlight attached to the page follows along, so you can fix a mistyped URL or move a page without re-highlighting from scratch.
- Change your account email yourself. Settings → Account now has a Change-email flow — confirm with your current password (or the Google-disconnect notice), and we'll send a set-password link to the new address and a security notice to the old one.
- Safer account deletion. The Delete-account control now lives in a red Danger zone card, and the button only enables once you type your account email. No more reflex-clicking through a confirm prompt.
- Pick a collection when you save a page. The Add Content dialog now lets you assign a collection right at save time, so new bookmarks land in the right folder instead of Unsorted.
- YouTube videos without a transcript still open in the reader and save to your bookmarks — a clear "Transcript unavailable" message replaces the transcript pane instead of failing silently. See YouTube highlighting.
