    • Site-served subtitle capture — detects .vtt/.srt/.ass tracks a site serves and offers them in the subtitle picker, labeled [Site] …. They show up independent of the Jimaku search (including on its error path).
    • Anime sites: always on. On other sites it's opt-in via Settings → Streaming video → "Capture subtitles served by the streaming site" (default off).
    • Sprite/scrubbing-thumbnail .vtt tracks (image-URL cues) are filtered out, and captured tracks clear when you switch episodes so a previous episode's subtitles don't linger.
    • All upstream changes since the last sync (2025-12-15) through v1.18.0.
