Detailed configuration and localization

While this does work, unfortunately the option to disable tab discarding while using an AC power source doesn't work. (the option is greyed out on 2 machines)

Does what it says + more. Teaches you how the internet works under it's facade as you use it. Stays out of the way and saves big on RAM!
