Connection Triggered Tab Reload by Cristiano Fromagio

Reloads current active tab when navigator status turns online again after going offline.
Auto-reload is active by default but user can click at the addon icon to disable it. A reload is only triggered when navigator status goes from offline to online and the user have not disabled the extension auto-reload.
