the best add on for youtube downloader

One of the best addons on Firefox, a must have for any Firefox user.

1st mistake is saying it can't convert the video to mp3 because you need to pay for more powerful infrastructure by joining the "pro" tier. Yeah right lulz, just use clip grab.

2nd offense the plugin doesnt work anyway no matter what format you try to download. All videos fail.

I've used this for years, and to be frank I liked it. Unfortunately, the app no longer works now.

Keep in mind that this does not seem to be the fault of the app itself; I've noticed that several other downloaders have experienced the same issue in that instead of the video, you download a 5 minute MP4 that says it's not available on this app and to watch it on YouTube.

Since this is happening to multiple Download apps, I can only assume that YouTube itself has found a way to trick these addons into downloading these empty MP4 clips instead of the video.

In short, I hope this app gets around this new issue; In the meantime, screw YouTube with a jackhammer.

Like others have reported it doesn't work anymore, even at 360p.

2024-05-03 ; another round in the fight between Users and YouTube - and Dishita again has a new release to counter the current advertising-enforcement mechanisms of YouTube. Well done Dishita!
This is an excellent application - whether your motivation is avoiding the incessant tide of advertising on YouTube, or to download hour-long science lectures to your personal library to listen to when you don't have an internet connection. Or, in my case, both.
When YouTube changes it's blocking methods, Dishita is quickly on the case to evade the new blocks.
Dishita asked me to write a review, and I did BECAUSE I THINK IT'S A GREAT APP. That's the extent of bribery and corruption. I should enter politics. If I could lower myself to it.

Easy-YouTube-Video-Downloader is one of the truly easiest and most dependable programs I have ever used. Not only does it work well, but the support staff are readily available to help you. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

By far my favorite YouTube downloader. My only issue right now is the 720p isn't available, but it's happened before and been fixed quickly. Hopefully that will be the case this time because 360p just doesn't cut it.

I have completed the donation and updated to the latest version. But my Payment mail still cannot download the video. Hope it is resolved soon.

This addon's not working properly. MP4's just give's a "the following content is not available on this app. watch this content on the latest version of youtube"

Great and very useful Addon, always keeping up with the changes on Youtube after a few days. Also nice and helpful support. Worth donating something every now and then. I'm using ist since 5 years or so.

I love this add-on! Painless downloading of clips. The dude fixes issues with YouTube when they arise. I have been using this add-on for about 4-5 years now and recommend it highly. It is worth a donation now and then to support this worthwhile endeavor. Thanks.

In my opinion Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express by Dishita is one of the best add ons available.

I don't know what I would do without it.

Quite often, I don't have time to dedicate 1 or 2 hours at a time to watch a tutorial, but with this addon I can download the tutorial and then watch it in shorter bursts as and when it is more convenient for me.

You can also download some of your favourite music and save it as an MP3.

It is so simple to use. You simply click on the 'Download' button, select the quality of download, and decide just where you would like the file to be downloaded. That's it!

It is wonderful.

I cannot praise it enough.

Guys, don't post crappy reviews, utub is making it harder and harder for downloads to function and this add-on is the best out there! Contact the developer for updates if there's a problem created by utub, rather than crying like a spoiled brat! Much gratitude and love for this add-on!

Since Firefox 124.0.1 the 720p option has disappeared but I'm sure Dishita will get a fix for this - still a five star extension.
