This extension claims it can download YouTube videos and save them in any format with a single click. However when you do click those buttons, it gives you a message below the video claiming YouTube changed how they stream to click here to configure settings, which then leads you to a pay wall to "unlock" what the extension is supposed to do. Edit: Don't rely on the 5 star review scores. They are likely bot accounts inflating the score to drown out the real users complaints.

It used to be great. Now, it's totally disappeared. I've updated Firefox. I've uninstalled and re-installed this extension. It still fails to appear.

You can't download audio files because of some "youtube server" stuff, which is complete bullcrap because I don't see youtube-dl complaining

This add-on wants access to all your data on all websites. Be aware it might be malicious software collecting your usernames, password and credit card data, because to operate properly, this software does not need all those data.
