Fixed:

• Loading avatars works again. It had stopped working as a result of reddit restructuring some of its web pages, which made user authentication tokens inaccessible.
• Avatar data caching now works again. It had stopped working due to the structure of reddit web pages changing.

Changed:

• Headgear now requests the cookies permission and host permissions for *.reddit.com on install, because the user authentication token it needs to fetch
  avatars now needs to be read from cookies, rather than from in-page data as it was in past versions.
• Permission changes will result in extension users being prompted to approve the new permissions when they next use Headgear.
