Added functionality for Hacker News.
Current functionality:

- Dark Theme.
- New comment counter. Shows new comment count after last visit to comment page.
- Comment hiding. Ability to hide comment trees. Setting to persist hides in storage.
- Specific coloring on "Ask HN" and "Show HN" items.
