URLS on their own will now be recognised as a "Quick Filter". This makes basic website blocking / allowing much simpler than using the full "Basic Filter" syntax.

This shouldn't change the behaviour of existing filters, but will change the behaviour of previously basic filters such as:

http://example.com/
http://example.com
https://example.com/path

Note that these don't use the () or ^ syntax.

If tabs / pages load before filters load, then the page will refresh itself to ensure filters get correctly applied.
