- Rated 3 out of 5by Claus, 7 years agoOverall it is great, but with the Firefox extension (and unlike the extensions for other browsers), often an empty page is displayed when clicking "Edit", so one has to go via the Vault to edit saved passwords. Also it is a bit sad that one cannot copy the username/password directly from the extension, as can be done using the Chrome extension, but I guess this is because of the way that Firefox extensions work nowadays.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12255057, 7 years agoCan't live without it! We use LastPass for personal & business and it is amazing! There are just too many password to remember nowadays and LastPass ensures that they are stored securely as well. We can't recommend it enough to our family, friends and clients!!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14010498, 7 years agoI had no problems with LastPass until I switched to Firefox. It stops working after 1 day! The only way to make it work again is to delete and add it again. Wasting my time. I considered going premium, but I think I am going to go the other way. Using LastPass has become too time consuming!

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14011858, 7 years agoWhen it works is very nice. Problem is that many features do not work, or do not always work. And even if you are a premium client (I have the pay version) the technical support is very poor. A pity but I will do not pay next year. I am going to install a different password wallet
- Rated 4 out of 5by Texas Aggie, 7 years agoHow to fix the broken version of the Plug-in
Lately, Lastpass has occasionally struggled with the add-on. The currently version (4.9.2) for Firefox is broken. You need to roll back to version 4.9.1.1 and things will work as expected. See this forum post: https://forums.lastpass.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=299455&start=30#p999975
For those complaining about the loss of functionality compared to the older versions (ability to easily copy passwords/usernames), you need to install the "Binary Component" which is NOT part of the new plugin but can easily be installed. - Rated 1 out of 5by Greg, 7 years agoThis extension is a mess and seem like it has been discontinued, as it lacks a lot of the core functionality it once had, such as the ability to copy/paste passwords wit one click.
Editing sites also doesn't work most of the time -- a blank tab opens.
The built-in vault is also borderline dysfunctional.
Sad! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14010284, 7 years agoSupport for Firefox on Android was discontinued. But you have to go looking for that info.
The extensions still installs but it "loads forever" on the log-in screen.
If it's not supported, it shouldn't install in the first place. Lastpass is wasting people time. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13011963, 7 years ago

Installation of the binary component is required for the copy username/password features.
Kindly try if the following helps:
1. Uninstall LP on Firefox https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=185
2. Clear Firefox's cache and cookies https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ho ... efox-cache
3. Download the universal installer https://lastpass.com/download/cdn/lastpass_x64.exe
4. Restart your device > run the universal installer normally
5. Enable cookies https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=11472
6. Install the binary component https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=5576
