by Firefox user 15996506, 3 years agoWhen Malwarebytes first came on the scene it was an addon to ones current security great especially for lower quality solutions like what Microsoft provided they also had a pro version (pay once) lifetime updates; great. Over the years as the the industry switched is payment schemes and threats real or imagined became more frequent; Malwarebytes evolved. As a power user I've used lots of free & paid versions security software. I find Malwarebytes is actively improving and I so glad that they haven't wiggled out of their promises they made when they first started. Free software these days is limited; havng a paid version means better support when needed, fully unlocked features, regular updates equaling peace of mind; Malwarebytes Premium is the way to go and with the way it runs. An additional low profile solution running along with it is good too combined with Microsoft's solutions that are useful.... Remember regular backups and the knowledge that a lock is not your safety. It only keeps out the those who are not committed to be where they shouldn't.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13888099, 23 days agoIt's handy sometimes, but lately it's been far more annoying than helpful. It does this thing to prevent clipboard hijacking where it gives a popup whenever I copy something, and then prepends "[SUSPICIOUS CONTENT]" to the start of the clipboard, and I do a lot of copy-pasting; so the only thing hijacking my clipboard is this extension.
I removed its clipboard permission to stop this, and now once or twice a day it will hijack my browsing session (usually in the middle of watching a video) to open a new tab and ask for permission back.Developer response
posted 22 days agoThat is indeed annoying, we are aware of the bug and are working on a fix (it shouldn't be asked again like that). - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16215098, 24 days ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18971740, 2 months agomb browser guard after latest update, does not keep saving the 3 tabs (ads, malware and scams) in the tab current website..uninstall or clear cache doesn't fix it. Except this, it doesn't recognize my premium subscription (device security is installed but it says upgrade to premium)

- Rated 3 out of 5by Greenstack, 2 months agoI love the privacy and security options it gives, but any site that uses ReCaptcha fails to let me log in because the plugin disables and blocks it, so I need to disable the ads/trackers setting for those sites.
