If you want to set a delay time so you can peek at some open tabls without moving them, use the Add-ons page.New in version 0.5, you can move the active tab to the start rather than the end of the tab bar.
About this extension
If you don't want the tab to move immediately, version 0.4 adds an option to delay the move. Check out the above screenshot.
