Worst software I have ever used. Extension keeps locking me out of my account on multiple computers. Have had ongoing email trail with tech support - makes no difference. Chrome browser extension just as bad. My advice is to avoid this software at all cost.

my password box is gone, keep getting only a white blank rectangle shape with no way to close it. Just tried to download it (password safe), apparently you guys can't do that either. Who DOES have my passwords now?

cant delete old passwords-doesn't always properly store updated passwords and buggy. Sometimes it work sometimes it doesn't. Look elsewhere for a more refined and reliable password saver.

I just bought it on 12-30-23 and it's already screwed up. I want a refund.

had this for 3 years no problem, had to reinstall for some reason now i cant get into the password vault

It doesn't work perfectly. Doesn't recognize the password changes on some websites. (Netflix and Mozilla login page for example)
