Not sure why the developers cannot figure this issue out as it appears many others have reported the same.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14262375, 5 years agoAbsolutely useless. I have made repeated attempts to import my passwords from another manager program (I have followed the instructions to the letter) without any success. First I kept getting error messages saying that there was an error and I should be sure the file wasn't corrupted (it wasn't.) Then, after about 15 tries, I began getting a message saying that the transfer was successful but there were no passwords appearing in my vault. I restarted Firefox. I rebooted the computer. I removed and reinstalled the password manager. I tried to connect to Norton support via their chat function but that was a waste of time. The estimated wait time went from 2 minutes to 6 minutes to 11 minutes. I finally closed the chat window when it jumped up to 16 minutes. Bottom line, don't waste your time with this useless program. There are other and better options available.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Joe, 5 years agoThe first problem that I found was that copying and pasting the URL that needs the PW does not work. Had to use DOS shortcut to make it work (CTRL/V).
Second, the server is down. Apparently, Norton does not feel that this feature of its software is very important. It if stays down, I am removing this add-on forever. - Rated 1 out of 5by Anonymous, 6 years ago4 years later, and there's STILL no way to import passwords from Bitwarden or using any JSON format.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15011238, 6 years agoAbsolute rubbish! I installed it. It just does not work. The icon on the toolbar disappeared. It is easier to keep my passwords in an Excel spreadsheet and cut and paste. Norton Password Manager is as much use as a cholocate frying pan.

- Rated 1 out of 5by ronirwin, 6 years agoHave used Firefox for years but their add-ons policy makes it hard to use. I wish Opera was a supported browser. The task bar icon works but many of the sites I use won't autofill. Can Norton just pay Mozilla their extortion so they will stop blocking Norton extensions. Mozilla's own site gives you a Download failed. Please check your connection. message when you click add to firefox which is total BS from them

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14484489, 7 years agoAm I doing something wrong here? There seem to be no user-controllable settings on this app. It requires me to enter my password once for the logon id and once again for the password. That's twice for every time I want to use it. That's just stupid. Norton needs to fix this or provide user-controllable settings so each user can decide if he/she wants to enter the password twice or just once.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14204821, 7 years agoEvery time I log in to Norton Identity Safe a dashboard opens which tells me I have xxx issues found and gives me the opportunity to fix now, but I cannot find anywhere what the issues are or how Identity Safe will fix them. Does it change my passwords for me? I'm unhappy with that and wish to retain control. I have no idea what will happen if I click the Fix Now option. I'm happy for Identity Safe to hold my passwords for me, but I don't want to be totally reliant on Norton for my passwords.
