Based on Open tabs next to current one (Sebastian Blask)
Added a button and hotkey (Ctrl-Alt-T) that open a new tab at the end of the tabs.

This is required when the following options are enabled:
browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent = true
browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent = true
