- Unload & hide all tabs — performs both actions, regardless of your “Unload tabs” setting.

This is off by default. You can enable it in the extension’s Preferences page (right click on the extension icon -> Preferences tab).
Unloading hidden tabs will free up memory, but keep in mind:
* Tabs will reload when you switch back to them.
* Any unsaved work in those tabs may be lost.
* Audio or running processes in hidden tabs will stop.
