posted 2 years agoHi! The autofill option should work for most services, however, if it doesn't, feel free to tell us the websites where it doesn't work, so we can try to reproduce the behavior and report the issue to our devs.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16675413, a day agoLove it! I've had a few other password managers and Proton has been by fair the easiest to deal with.

- Rated 4 out of 5by David Ward, 2 days agoI would rate 5 stars, but updates to the Firefox extension don't keep up with those to the Chrome extension. For example, Proton Pass introduced custom item types a while back, and within like a day, all their clients (mac, linux, chrome extension, etc) rolled out an updated version that supports them. Well, all except for the Firefox extension. Thus, custom item types can't even be seen - much less used - within Firefox. Otherwise this is a great extension with a pleasant UI.

posted 2 days agoThank you for your review. The update for the Proton Pass Firefox extension is coming soon. Firefox sometimes takes a longer time to validate the updates of our extension, therefore the Firefox extension may receive the updated version and make it available to users a bit later after its release. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15167055, 2 days ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by TechnoJunkie, 5 days agoExtension is always updated very late for Firefox. 1.32.2 has been available in the Chrome Webstore since July 2, 2025. Here in the Firefox Add-On Store still the old one from June 5, 2025. I still have problems on many pages that the automatic filling does not work. I have reported these pages to Proton, but nothing happens.

As for the websites you've reported having autofill issues with, you may rest assured that they've been documented accordingly for future improvement. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17350036, 5 days ago
