The latest update does not work in Firefox Linux. I have installed coapp-v2 as requested by this version, but it still does not allow me to download anything. Will this be fixed someday, or will I have to switch to another video downloader?

The tool works well in FireFox. It can download multiple streams simultaneously. It supports many video formats. Download recovers and continues after minor network interruption.

Video DownloadHelper is much faster than most alternatives. It is reliable, though I sometimes need to reload the page to get it to connect to the needed video. Results are high quality (1080p, or the native resolution of the clip). The watermark is not an problem for me, but I have now purchased the license anyway.

Good for local file downloads.👍
Cons: Doesn't work for URLs with "live" in the name.

Great app. You can easily set it up on Windows (same with Linux with a little bit of work). Very convenient when you want to download something for a road trip that may not have the greatest internet.

Adds a GIANT QR code to the downloaded video unless you pay 20€. NOT WORTH IT

Brilliant tool - it would be cool to be able to resume interrupted downloads and cancel and save of ongoing downloads...

non funziona su tutto ma sulla maggioranza dei video. ho avuto problemi su solo alcuni video youtube lunghi.
