When you register, you provide us with certain personal information about yourself:

• When registering via email. Mandatory data: First name, Email address. Optional data: title, name, date of birth, postal address, mobile phone number.

• When registering via a social account (Facebook, Google or Apple) Public data is automatically transferred to us: your name, your first name, your email address as entered on the social network concerned.

• When using our services. Encrypted Bank details (Sort Code) to proceed with the payment of your cashback earnings.

We collect this data for the sole purpose of responding to your requests for information relating to our activity. It is recalled that WIDILO will in no way be able to answer questions related to your personal situation and it is up to you to get in touch with the counsel of your choice to deal with your particular case. Any request of this nature will be systematically rejected.

Certain data is necessary to provide you with the service to which you have subscribed, in particular to allow you to recover your earnings. Failure to complete the required fields may impact our ability to offer our services to you. We use this data to process and ensure the administrative follow-up and to manage the methods of recovering your earnings.

Our extension alerts you as soon as you browse an online store of one of our partners offering cashback. The browser extension detects the websites of our partners, allows you to activate cashback in one click and automatically credit your Widilo account. The URL of the site you are visiting is therefore analysed in order to detect whether it is a partner merchant.

Some data is collected automatically during your interactions within the Widilo extension.

• Data from the use of cookies. We are likely to use Cookies the sole purpose of which is to allow or facilitate communication and consultation by electronic means, or which are strictly necessary for the provision of our service via our Site. Thus, for example, we are likely to install Cookies to establish attendance statistics. You can configure your computer to accept Cookies or reject them, as developed below, but we inform you that we may not be able to ensure the normal functioning of the services that we make available to you on our extension in the absence of these Cookies.

• Data collected without the use of cookies. We collect non-identifying data within the extension to ensure its functionality such as browser version and device used. We also use non-nominative computer traces called "logs" to analyse technical errors and problems encountered on the extension.
