- Rated 1 out of 5by Steve, 5 days agoI cannot recommend this add-on. Cancelling a subscription appears impossible, short of closing the funding bank account.
The monthly payment receipt only has links for their payment partner, Paddle.
There is no pathway to login to the Adblock Plus account to cancel paid subscription. Trying to log into the Adblock Plus account returns an 'incorrect password' error, and no emails are received when the 'reset password' instructions are followed.
Do not install this, and if you have already installed it, do not pay for it. If they were confident that their product was good enough to keep you wanting more, they would make it easy to cancel the subscription. Instead, they have created one of the most difficult cancellation processes I've ever encountered.Developer response

Now I've been using uBlock Origin and that one works flawlessly.

posted 5 days agoYou shouldn't be seeing ads, regardless if you pay for Premium or not. - Rated 5 out of 5by W2MiW, 8 days agoI've used the FREE version of AdBlock Plus many years...recently (2024) I've had to disable it for YouTube to work on my W10 PC...but I believe if I just disable one of the Block Scripts it should work. I have other AdBlockers that still help not see ads but AdBlock Plus is WONDERFUL for my overall internet experience!

However, in some cases we've found that your settings might have changed which is why ads are suddenly appearing.
