Keeps blocking me when there is update.

I have to keep checking to see if the blocker is put back on. Once I say something is OK, I WANT THAT, NOTHING BLOCKED!!!

I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY TIME LOOKING SEE I IF MY INTERNET IS DOWN OR YOU ARE BLOCKING ME AGAIN!

WE HAVE HEAT LIGHTNING STORMS!! THEY FRIED A CIRCUIT ON TOWER 3 WEEKS AGO AND WE ARE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS IN THIS AREA!
i UNINSTALLED IT ON MY PHONE, BUT IT WON'T LET ME ON MY COMPUTER! I DON'T WANT IT, AND CANT EVEN DISABLE IT!

FIX IT SO I CAN UNINSTALL YOUR APP!
