- Rated 1 out of 5by Ryan, 2 years agoDoesn't save audio track; saves as .ts file, not .mp4. Poor UI design. Useless as is.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 12690005, 2 years agoIt can download Vimeo video, but it takes you to a 3rd party site. pbion. com
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 17114773, 2 years agoI could download almost all the videos that I wanted, just two points to consider:
- Some videos that I tried to save with lower quality were saved in .ts format, and the video was not downloaded correctly (so maybe the script to convert the videos can be improved).
- Usability in general is a bit confusing. I felt that the app could be more simple.
Aside from that, it worked really great for the videos I needed to download in the original quality. Thank you! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16161025, 2 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by SandVal, 2 years agoI used to love this extension. LOVED it. It was reliable and helpful. I was having trouble after they changed websites until I decided to delete and reinstall the extension and my problems seemed to have been solved. However, with a few videos, I have had it happen that while the green bar on the site reaches 100%, the download never actually starts. I was able to solve this problem by choosing a different resolution. Not ideal, but it worked. Now, worse yet, I am having videos that download with no sound. Two files download when this happens, an HTML file, which downloads instantly (this file is an HTLM download of the pbion.com Vimeo site) and a video file, though, as mentioned, the video file has no audio. These files also take forever to download and have crashed my computer numerous times now 😔. I am hopeful that this problem will be fixed soon. It actually hurts to give just a one-star rating bc of how reliable this extension was in the past. Please developers, I know you can get things running perfectly like before 🙏
While I still have access to these videos (the ones I'm attempting to download using this extension), I am willing to help the developers solve the issue if they need me to provide them with the links and information to see exactly what I'm talking about. - Rated 5 out of 5by JackP, 2 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13873945, 3 years agoDoesn't work - waste of time
Edit: appreciate the response, but I followed the steps exactly as in the add-in instructions - didn't even get to the download stage. Played a Vimeo video, opened add-in, waited for the video quality selection options to appear... and nothing. Waited minutes and all it shows is the same search box and an advert for some Facebook add-in that was always there. - Rated 3 out of 5by Umair Ahmed, 3 years agoDoesn't download audio with 1080p or higher resolutions of TS format. Have to download lower quality MP4 and remux audio into TS.
Developer response
posted 3 years agoThank you for your review. We're currently trying to build a server that handles file format conversion and automatically joins audio to video. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17436331, 3 years ago
