- Rated 4 out of 5by teocee94, a year agoMostly good and has been helpful for the vast majority of sites. However, a recent update has made it incompatible with Roll20 virtual tabletop game pages, which I use regularly; I can access the rest of the site just fine, but the pages on which the VTT portion is accessed just shows up as a blank black page. Please fix!

- Rated 5 out of 5by jms4th, a year agoI like it a lot! It lets me adjust how "white" the white space is -- much better for the eyes!

- Rated 2 out of 5by Nocturne, a year agoI still remember how great it was when it could actually auto-detect site theme without relying on OS theme...
And there are STILL bug when if you switch auto -> on -> auto that it'll discard saved options and will default to "OS theme" even tho it's not even checked - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13468602, a year ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by cj76, a year agoJust updated this review: 27th Feb, 2024 and yes, after all these years, I STILL love the Add-on. I'd always pushed Devs to produce vision friendly solutions because we smoke screens so much these days.
My eyes are "Photophobic" (extremely sensitive to light) and've been using any and everything to tame the default "Glare" of webpages for over a decade now.
I still consider "DARK READER" as the "Go-To" App of all time - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17993390, a year ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13588161, a year agoIn the last few months Dark Reader has become unreliable. It won't sense the system mode and will remain in dark mode. Toggling it on/off or automation doesn't do anything, only deleting and re-installing. It used to be fine so this is very disappointing.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18221587, a year agoIt's been at least a month since the extension ceased to be functional. If they can ever return it to when it functioned, I'd be happy to re-install, but it's worthless for now.

- Rated 1 out of 5by `cffx, a year agoThis extension used to work flawlessly... years ago. Now, it's a broken piece of junk that routinely breaks pages, causes major performance issues with FF and tabs to crash, and makes text/images so dark as to be unreadable. I'd rather suffer through the blinding light, thanks.
